The XXXV European Women's Basketball Championship was held jointly in Hungary and Romania between June 11 and 28, 2015. The event is organized by the European Basketball Confederation (FIBA Europe), the Hungarian Basketball Federation and the Romanian Federation of Basketball.

20 National Teams affiliated to FIBA ​​Europe participated, competing for the title of European Champion, whose previous bearer was the Spanish team, winner of the Previous Edition ( 2013 ).

The Serbian team won the Gold Medal by defeating Team France in the Final with a Score of 76-68. In the Match for Third Place, the whole of Spain beat Belarus.

The Top Scorer (197 pts.) Was Alba Torrens (Spanish Player), and Championship MVP was Ana Dabovic (Serbian Player).
