The XXXVIII European Women's Basketball Championship was held jointly in France and Spain between June 17 and 27, 2021 under the name EuroBasket Women 2021. The event was organized by the European Basketball Confederation (FIBA Europe), the French Federation of Basketball and the Spanish Basketball Federation.

16 National Teams affiliated to FIBA ​​Europe participated and competed for the European title, whose previous bearer was the team from Spain, winner of EuroBasket 2019.

The Serbian team won its second European title by defeating the French team in the final with a score of 54-63. In the match for third place, Belgium beat Belarus.
